Harvard Institute for Training and Accreditation provides several types of certificates, divided according to the people they are to be granted to in terms of the type of membership and accreditation required, or in terms of the type of course and training obtained.
As for individuals and bodies engaged in the field of training, it provides Accreditation to Trainers, Organizations and Training Centres, and it provides membership Certifications to Members and Advisors.

As for trainees, the Institute provides them with three types of certificates:
- Certificate of attendance or participation in a training course or conference work.
- Certificate of a training course granted for those who attended and completed a course of not less than 20 hours or than a week.
- Diploma, awarded to the person who completes a training course, which should not be less than 60 hours or two weeks. And the trainee has to pass all the theoretical and practical tests.
